NEW DELHI: Bharti Airtel rolled out its 5G services at multiple locations across Hyderabad including subway, train and bus stations on Thursday.
Airtel said Hyderabad customers can enjoy ultra-fast 5G connectivity while traveling on the Hyderabad Metro Rail, Secunderabad and Kacheguda stations, and Imlibun bus depot, Telangana’s largest interstate bus terminal (ISBT).
In addition, customers can enjoy Airtel’s 5G Plus at multiple locations in the city including Begumpet, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Hi-tech City, Gachibowli, Bowenplly, Kompally, RTC Cross Roads, Koti, Malakpet, Charminar, Habsiguda, Uppal, Nagole, Kupatpally, Miyapur, among others.
Airtel said it is in the process of expanding its network to make its services available across the city in due course.

Airtel customers can enjoy an ultra-fast network on the go and speeds up to 20x to 30x faster than current 4G speeds,” said Shivan Bhargava, CEO of Bharti Airtel, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Airtel said its 5G network will provide access to high-definition video streaming, gaming, multiple chats, instant photo uploads and more.
Airtel on Thursday also announced India’s first private 5G network deployment with IT services company Tech Mahindra as part of a strategic partnership at Mahindra’s automobile factory in Chakan.
