The 5G network is finally accessible to iPhone users in India. Jio’s 5G network is now rolling out to iPhones in India. Reliance has confirmed that Jio’s 5G network is active in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Varanasi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Nathdwara.

All iPhone users may get the latest 5G services. But not all iPhone users will be compatible with JioTrue 5G network. The iPhone models supported by Jio 5G are iPhone 12 series, iPhone 13 series, iPhone 14 series and iPhone SE 2022 (3rd generation).

Once the user knows that their iPhone has received the 5G update, they can follow the activation steps.

Go to settings.

Then click General Settings and tap Software update to update the phone to the latest version. The phone will then restart.

Go to Settings, then General and tap About.

You may be prompted to update to the latest carrier settings.

To start using JioTrue 5G, go to Settings and then Cellular data and select Voice and data.

Select 5G Auto and 5G Standalone.

Make sure the battery saver mode is turned off in the battery settings.
