IV (the “Company”) decided to cancel the special meeting of shareholders scheduled for that purpose December 22, 2022in the hours 11:30 am Eastern time (the “Extension Meeting”), called to amend the Company’s amended and restated certificate of incorporation to extend the date by which the Company must consummate a business combination (the “Extension Amendment”).

As a result of the cancellation of the Extension Meeting, the Company will not complete the redemption of the shares of Class A common stock tendered in connection with the Extension Amendment, in proportion to the amounts set forth in the trust account.
