Samsung Galaxy M14 5G and Galaxy F14 5G smartphones spotted on BIS certification website ahead of launch in India.
Samsung is known for launching budget devices under its M series. Now, the Korean smartphone giant is reportedly preparing to unveil a new M-series device for the Indian market.
As a reminder, the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G has already passed the Geekbench website. This is an important sign that the handset launch is just around the corner.
The Galaxy M14 5G has now appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards certification website. Another device also bagged the BIS certification. According to a report by MySmartPrice, this device could be the Galaxy F14 5G.

Specifically, the Galaxy M14 5G and Galaxy F14 5G carry the model numbers SM-M146B/DS and SM-E146B/DS respectively on the BIS website. Unfortunately, these listings do not reveal important details about the upcoming handsets.
To recap: Samsung introduced the Galaxy M13 5G back in July. However, details about his long-awaited successor were scarce.

The Galaxy M14 5G Geekbench listing has shed some light on the key details of the upcoming handset. Remarkably, the handset packs an Exynos s5e8535 SoC under the hood.
According to a report by MySmartPrice, this could be the Exynos 1330 SoC. Samsung is currently preparing to launch the 5G SoC.
Additionally, the Geekbench listing suggests that the chip has two 2.4GHz cores and six 2.00GHz efficiency cores. It also comes with 4GB of RAM. Samsung will likely release more RAM and storage options.
Also, the Geekbench listing shows that the Galaxy M14 5G will boot the Android 13 operating system with the One UI 5.0 skin on top. The phone scored 751 and 2051 in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests.
The Galaxy F13 is equipped with an Exynos 850 processor. It also has 4GB of RAM and a Full HD+ display. In addition, the handset has a 50 MP main camera. Finally, a 6,000 mAh battery unit powers the entire system.
