Lucky for you, VISIT PHILADELPHIA and Philly PHLASH have teamed up to make it easy to shop at some of the city’s best Black and Black-owned businesses this holiday season for the sake of freshness. Philly PHLASH Shopping Loopa bus route that runs in four locations on Fridays from Black Friday until Christmas Eve.

Our gift to you? There is no season fare on the Shopping Loop on Fridays. All individual rides FREE – and that means more money to buy.

So what do you get out of it – other than some really cool gifts? It’s a great feeling that comes with making a positive social and economic impact this holiday season.

When & Where

I Philly PHLASH Shopping Loop operates once a day on Friday from November 25 to December 23, 2022.

Customers can board the bus at the Independence Visitor Center (599 Market Street) in Old City during the day.

The bus then enters four locations: South Street, Center City, West Philadelphia and Northern Liberties.

Passengers have one hour to shop before the bus leaves for the next destination. Those who prefer to spend more time in any neighborhood on the route can do so, but it is up to them to get to the next destination themselves. Those who choose to do the entire route can expect to return to the Independence Visitor Center four hours after departure.

The bus is free, but registration is encouraged.

Those entering Center City can take advantage of discounted parking when they show their PHLASH pass at these Philadelphia Parking Authority garages: (Note: Must enter garage after 9am and leave by 7pm Prices are subject to change.)
